Registration

St. Joseph School will begin taking registrations for the 2010-2011 school year on Monday, February 22.

We will also hold an Open House for Prospective Parents on that date. Times are 10 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Visitors will be able to see classes in session, meet faculty, tour the plant, and get a general feel for the school during the Open House.

We will have openings in Grades Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth and very limited openings in some upper grades.

Eligibility

Students entering preKindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year must be four years of age on or before September 30, 2009.

Students entering Kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year must be five years of age on or before September 30, 2009.

Students entering other grades must have successfully completed and passed the previous grade level.

Students are accepted into St. Joseph School according to the following criteria:
     1. Siblings of students already enrolled,
     2. Catholic students whose families are supporting members of St. Joseph Parish,
     3. Catholic students whose families are not supporting members of St. Joseph Parish,
     4. Students of other Faiths.

St. Joseph School does not discriminate on the basis of race, national or ethnic origin.

Documentation

In order to register, originals of the following documents must be brought to the school:

                     1. birth certificate

                     2. social security card

                     3. immunization record

                     4. baptism certificate (if Catholic)

                     5. report card

                     6. test scores.

A registration fee is required at the time of registration.
